and soak plastic components.
With Scotsman cleaner, scrub with a brush to
remove all accumulated scale from the evaporator and
stationary parts.
Apply degreaser to condenser coil and other parts of machine.
Pressure wash the condenser coil and compressor compartment.
Rinse machine and components.
Dry machine with compressed air & blower until dry.

Re-assemble machine.
